Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, intimate wellness products and lingerie cannot be returned once opened
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns

How to Request a Return:

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
